Applicants
To become a missionary with ODBM, the requirements are:
- Saved and have a good testimony
- An active member of a Bible-Believing Baptist Church
- Daily fellowship with Christ in the Word
- Conviction of God's call to missionary service
- Recommendation from home church
- Christian service and soul-winning experience
- Bible School diploma or college degree
- Reasonable physical fitness
- Emotional stability and cooperative spirit
- Agreement with the ODBM Statement of Faith
To become a missionary with ODBM, the procedures are:
- Fill out a Preliminary Information Questionnaire
- Formal Application & References
- Personal Interview with ODBM Board
- Acceptance as Missionary Candidate
- Attendence at the yearly ODBM Candidate Seminar
- Depuation Ministry
- Commissioning by your Home Church
- Departure for the Field
