Open Door Baptist Missions hosted their third annual Business as Mission (BAM) Retreat at Elijah’s Harbor in Greeneville, Tennessee, and it was a resounding success. The retreat featured speakers from various backgrounds in business who are using their skills on mission. Students were also able to participate in a "shark tank" presentation of their business endeavors where business experts provided valuable feedback and suggestions to help students become successful.

Throughout the retreat, there was a strong emphasis on the importance of integrating faith and business. Participants were challenged to consider how their business endeavors can have a positive Gospel impact on their communities and the world at large. The speakers shared their own stories of success and failure, offering valuable insights and lessons learned.

The BAM sessions included a variety of video updates, Zoom sessions and live presenters.

One of the most exciting aspects of the retreat was the video updates and Zoom interactions with people all over the globe who are doing various aspects of BAM. Participants had the opportunity to learn about business opportunities in different cultures, gaining a broader perspective on the global business landscape.
